1. They have achieved a technological breakthrough (VPN) that can help them penetrate markets that companies like dropbox simply cant (keeping in mind dropbox's $10,000,000,000 valuation).
2. They have a patent that can help protect them from any and all competition with specific technology they have developed.
3. They have an NDA with a major telecom player
4. They have no debt
5. They are cash flow positive
6. They are developing blockchain technology
7. In discussions with other OEMs to implement there technology
Forgetting about the SP and looking at the facts this SP is a steal it's moronic posters like you who waste everyone's time with there stupid BS.
Everything mentioned above can be verified by NRs from the company. Do you DD and trust no one lots of slimeballs like this on Stockhouse wanting to scare market buyers out of there shares. Allow time for deals to be finalized implementing certain tech for large corporations doesn't happen overnight allow time for the pieces above to fall into place.
