RE:WHO BEAT UP DDB BLACK & BLUE? AND WHY??DDB, the messed up thing is the SWIS offer was 50% higher than DDB share price at that time. IF they were serious about concerns for shareholders, they would have countersigned. I also know that CEO of SWIS wrote a side letter saying how he would keep the brand and keep Tim's legacy. They didnt give a poos a@@ about legacy or continuing as shareholders.
Siva does not have a dime in this company, only cares about his contract. Louisa is getting 200K from a company she never cared about from a dead husband whom she left 4 years ago.
They lie through their teeth. If they would have accetped SWIS offer even at 1 cents a share (I spoke to SWIS management through a contact and they would have gone to 1.5 cent a share IF the cash balance would have been maintained at 300K, which was very doable), at 1.5 cent DDB shareholders would have had a great company share with tons of upside.
Management of DDB meaning board members and louisa did NOT want to have shares, they did NOT want to continue They wanted to CASH IN!!!!
