So for shares, doesn't have to be one person. You get a group together that has 5% and you have the shareholder right to call a dissident meeting and re-elect a new board. You can put in yourselves or someone else, max directors for the TSXV is 7. Lets say you elected yourself as new CEO and the vote goes through, then you have access to everything.
Based on the last couple releases, it's possible a deal is done. But man, for less than $50k, this is a great company to get ahold of. I personally would approach a cash flow positive company, take DDB private under it as a subsidiary, then cut all costs from directors, listing fees, audit, etc, and ask for a share deal. Then you convert your DDB shares, make it more profitable, and salvage your investment.
DDB is a cash machine, you cut a bunch of costs in listing and G&A expenses, it will make money. Books are solid too, $1.5 million assets and less than $100k liabilities, 86 mil shares, there are dozens of other sub 5 cent stocks that have a fraction of what DDB has and trade at a premium, it's so ridiculous.
