Recently $DELC announced that their acquisition target, Complex Biotech Discovery Ventures, closed a $3.4M private placement. The closing of this private placement shows shareholders Delic's commitment to expanding their platform as they move closer towards finalizing the acquisition of CBDV.

Also, a California bill to legalize possession of psychedelic's like psilocybin, mushrooms, DMT, and MDMA is cleared for floor vote in the full senate. If enacted into law, this bill would remove criminal penalties for possessing/sharing psychedelic's for adults 21 and older.

The psychedelic industry is on its way to becoming a multi-billion dollar industry with ketamine and psilocybin potentially being the next breakthrough mental health treatments. $DELC has one of the largest ketamine clinics in the country, licensed cannabis/psilocybin research labs, and a premier psychedelics' wellness event (MeetDelic).
