I think your post is about whether a hostile takeover would succeed.  (My French is not very good and BabelFish gives a funny translation.)  This discussion about hostile takeover is a surprise to me.  But I have only owned the shares since January 2010.  I think our low share price ("la chienne", d'accord) is because of lack of buyer demand and awareness.  After the credit crunch in 2008-2009, there are so many bargains out there, there is little risk of a hostile offer for CUR.  Buyers are still afraid.  Just my opinion.
