Reclaiming PCA3 rights from HOLX/GPRO

Reclaiming PCA3 rights from HOLX/GPRO
If this is indeed  Bordeleau's assignment then he has his work cut out.  It wont be as uncomplicated or inexpensive as getting GCC back from Signal. A  lot of the development work that has been done over the last decade eg.  TPRSS and Panther won't be automatically available to CUR. And where is the cash coming from to buy back our rights? Besides we better have a negotiated deal with a new partner before we embark on this process because the day we get it back, the royalties stop...leaving the company with no revenues!  Only a whole whack of expenses.
Thus MB's priority ought to be a new partnership for GCC first.
Just my thoughts.  Its 15 years since we acquired PCA3 and 10 years since the deal was signed with GPRO.  Over a year since FDA affproval and we are still spinning wheels.
