I totally agree with your mixed feelings Dibah42
I'm under the impression that Axelrod has been in this dog as long as the next guy, so would he not have purchased many of his shares at a much higher price?
It would be very interesting to know what his average purchase price is at.
If he still owns 20% and if his average purchase was around 25 cents, he is in for $2.15 million
If my assumptions are close to correct, (with a name like so_wrong, it is highly unlikely) he will get a cheque for just over a million on this deal, so he just cut his "investment" in half. I highly doubt he'll put that back into this "dog"
Maybe he'll pick up some Hologic shares ;)
