i understand the process needed for the redemption of preferred shares in order to free up the current debenture, but cur is still worth at least $11M to be received from Hologic, which is the value of its 52-weeks high trading stock price. i have no confirmation that royalties will be paid after the transaction closes.

I wish it were true that the 52 week high would be the fair value today. But that simply is not the case.
And I'd add that it is a pretty safe bet that PCA3 royalties will NOT be paid by HOLX to CUR after the purchase of assets goes through. If I bought out my car lease today, why would I continue with the payments?
