ProxyIt's time to vote!
One piece that I am not thrilled with is the right of first refusal for pcp
This "team" has an incredibly terrible record of negotiating deals and in my opinion, this first right of refusal for pcp only limits our ability to get the best price.
Why would anyone else enter into negotiations with cur knowing that they might spend a lot of time and money going down a path that could then be taken away.

This is not so different than giving Genprobe the rights to pca3 without having some sort of obligation to do something with it. Genprobe/Hologic are the reason that pca3 has failed and now they are the potential beneficiaries of that failure.

It only serves to remind us all that you invest in people, not products.
CUR = Great product, bad people...

So, I know many of you are going to vote for this and go along with the very people who have put us in this situation.
Before I vote, I'd like to hear from anyone who is voting against this and why?

What do we have to do to get more of you off the side lines and into these discussions?
I see that most posts on this board get over 50 reads, but we continually have three or four people posting. You're invested, why don't you join the party?
