garbage
This stock is garbage. BTC up to 47k and this goes down from 1.20 to 0.75.
Private placement announced nearly 2 weeks ago, and no press release announcing that is has closed. HUT and BITF did PPs and they updated the market in less than 5 days.
The company doesn't even have a website! It's complete amanteur hour.
Even if they do make money going forward, I have no faith in management due to lack of transparency. Sold at a loss and moved my monmey to real miners like BITF and HUT. At least there you know what you're getting.

I'm still amazed by the facvt that company doesn't have a webiste. Let me repeat - NO WEBSITE EXISTS! That alone is enough to scare investors away. I was an idiot for ever buying it. Ah well, live and learn. Take your money and run
