Can someone comment on level 2 BID/ASK price fluctuations?
Why does this stock with low volume have the bid and ask constantly jump around?
Is this computer generating bid ask by the market maker.
If I put a High bid usually cdel will officially have the bid and it doesnt happen however
otcx jumps around, counts down lets say from .4895, .4893, .4891 and repeats????
Any comments in general on how much volume we will need to jump this over a 1.00 and beyond?
