Regan should have gone to jail for the Contra affair, along with his international criminality.
Bush invented WMD's in Iraq resulting in American & countless Iraq civilian deaths.
These were personal decisions, chasing power & did nothing to further the lives of americans.
POTUS has always had this limited immunity.
Trump's insurrection was completely different because it was an attempt to "Cancel the Will of the People" via election. He can still go to jail to rot in heck !!!
