Another pr the night before a holidayTheres just so much BS in this release.
They announce a deal to buy tech for 5MM shares - ok so thats $150MM, and they announce that they have double that in cash, but hey lets just keep reaming the investors.
The bury in a pump and dump deal and make it look like a financing for another 2.5BN worth of shares.
I guess if my company was trading at 2000x value I would do it to if i could find the criminals to work with.
But its not a real financing and the suckers that are going to supply the tech are going to end up with no where near 150MM
