Trump has supporters like Donny Jr on the BD and they can modify the 6 month no-sell rule if they want, so that will likely happen and Trump won't have to wait, if he so choses, to sell a few shares. I think your just daydreaming that he's going to dilute to a billion shares on this but thats just my opinion. I hope we get down to the 30s or below, but the shorting trash better be careful

Its perfectly above board and legal for the board of directors to set the rules for the company in respect to no-sell time limits. Decisions like this are made every day in board rooms in companies across the globe. Just because it has a Trump name associated with it don't assume its all shady and illegal. Your wrong.

Is it still ok if no-sell rules are being modified by insiders so one of the insiders can dump his shares to pay his legal bills on criminal and civil charges (including fraud), even if it means the stock will tank and investors get screwed?
