But imo, Douglas has zero gripe there- if RBYC wasn't in the picture where would Mkuvia be today? Waiting for the Chinese still is my guess. As for mining by year end- here's a clue- they are mining. Or do you presume they're returning all that testing materiel back to the sands? lol
