Rest assured that there will never be a CAN DLKM marriage.
CAN with $130 million in the bank, is a stand alone operation.

DLKM may find enough gold for a stand alone operation.
Until it does, CAN will just wait and let DLKM use their own funds to prove what DLKM has. If DLKM finds less than a million ounces, CAN gets the leverage to buy DLKM outright.
All DLKM has to do is prove some ounces. Whether it is more than a million ounces (the bare minimum for a commercial mine) or whether there is less is not of significance to us shareholders. The share price will shoot up from here on drilling results. At these prices, I have added some shares for trading. Just a wiff of news that drilling is hitting good rock will start this run.
On the other hand, if the first set of drilling does not produce good results. I do not see the share price going much lower than it is today.
