Volume picking up but...

Volume picking up but...the SP isn't quite moving.  I've had a few Juniors release news this week (like RBYC) and they've sprung 25-40%.  I know that other factors are at play and each stock has different dynamics but I have a feeling that our SP ceiling is not as high as others think.  Affects of dilution?  This is my feeling.  Anybody agree of feel otherwise.  This is just for conversation sake.
