Somebody has noticed DLKMIt looks like DLKM is victim of a Shorting Campaign. From FailsToDeliver .com, it is apparent that program to short the shatres of DLKM has been in place, and rather than being able to obtain actual shares to short, the perpetrators have resorted to naked shorting increasingly as the success of DLKM's exploration program is announced.
