RE: factsfacts come from SEC filings made by the company, overwatched by its attorneys and auditors. the facts filed with the SEC say the .05 pp closed in november and was increased and second tranche closed in january 2011. SEC facts also say cheap options were given out in august 2010, november 2010 and again in february 2011. those are sec facts. the .15 market fact says there is a hell of a lot of cheap shares out there. i will buy again when tax loss selling starts. those are the real facts and nothing but the real facts.
