Things to consider: on September 21, the stock closed at .40, making the deal closer to $53,000,000 on a market cap valuation. There were RUMORS that Canaco offered anywhere from $20-50 million for the property - only the insiders know for sure. Believe it or not, our entire market cap is now under $50,000,000, or less than what it was just for Mengi's share at this time last year.
