Simply Share Dilution.IMO with roughly 210,000,000 shares issued in the last year, I believe this is simply share dilution, I've seen this many times in BB stocks, everthing looks okay for a while, until a downturn in the market and then whamo, the dilution is realized. One third of an approx. average price of $.50 over the last year is, suprise... $.16.
