Speculators buy on the rumour, sell on the news.  Two cent decline isn't anything long term.  Look at the big picture.

Tobinator...Great point of view. In your opinhion does that mean you think this penny type  bucking will continue until money actually starts hitting the bank when production begine?Strong Hands- Granted 2 cents is not big by any stretch.....it just concerns me that it happened right after a major PR that everyone was hoping would put a little ummmf back in the stock. Douglas has been bought up by a few that have snooped around and found this little gem. The larger mining community has no clue what Douglas is nor what it has recently landed. This stock is in desparate need for broad exposure. I was trying to do just that a few weeks ago with an article I wrote, with Monty posting it on his site. Since Douglas is not over $1, I could not get it on a heavily ...more

Tobinator - not to be too off topic, but you mentioned NOT.  Have you checked out NRN?  Northern Shield Resources?  They're still very much in the exploratory phase, but they aren't a basically hype company like NOT.   They also have a huge platinum partner in Impala and miles of staked ultramafic and mafic layered land.  They only have to find it.   ...more

While we are watching paint dry for more news, I don't mind yacking a bit about other opportunities. I have had Northern Shield on my radar list for sometime. It is of interest since I'm very bullish on platinum with a large position in Eastern Platinum. NRN just has not produced much of any exciting results. They are on a chrome dome (excuse the pun) but thus far not much in the way of ...more

Good posts Tobinator. I share your point of view. I would imagine that this stock may bounce around a little over the summer lull. We also have July 4th this week, so the American's I am sure will be taking 2 weeks off to celebrate. A little shot there as I deal with American companies and usually can't get squat out of them around this time for a while. I am not too concerned with a ...more
