recent price weakness

Mostly a question for Toby and other experienced folks.  I am wondering if the price per share is being pushed down in preparation for a low ball  attempt to takeover the company.  Recalling rno and ezm where management was given incentives to go along with a lowball offer.  Most shareholders made money on the deal, but nowhere near the value of these fine companies.

I cannot imagine that scenario given the meager volume traded on average. DLKM has over 60mm shares outstanding. I'm not sure how many are in the float, but its inconceivable to me that anyone is putting downward pressure as you suggest with a few thousand shares. I'd attibute this weakness to a simple lack of buying interest. Any selling is met with a donwdrift because some  ...more

 I too have all I want for now and hope to wait out at least a year pending no catastrophies and hoping for updates on situations from time to time.  ie financing progress. ///Luck to all on this fantastic story!  i have owned NEP and SMF for some time as well and seem to find no reasons to change anything - did take a bit out of NEP to cover some heavy dental work , Agony and pain  ...more
