      Just glad to read a post other than my own. Wish I had some upbeat news but waiting for Harp and Herm to provide that. Here's hoping this is the ultimate quiet before the storm because from the home office to these message boards you ca hear a pin drop. Hopefully--' SILENCE IS GOLDEN'

Many thanks from me as well.  It's always reassuring to be able to put a face to a name.Way back in early Jan.  Harp told me he was only a few days away from closing the deal on the third section of the property.  I wonder what happened?  If the deal fell through, is there another in the works and, if so, at what stage?  IR doesn't seem to return calls anymore

Screaming buy- but.... I hear ya Mantraman. We're all in that same boat I think- reluctant, gun-shy etc..One thing I've learned about DLake is not to expect  things to happen on the timeline that they hope and intend will happen. They need to work on their bad habit of over-promise/under-deliver. But I still believe their intentions are good- and never doubted that. It&
