Encouraging????

I noticed something interesting this morning. Since I have been invested in Douglas Lake (for roughly 4 years or so) I have used Royal Bank's Direct Investing brokerage. For those who are familiar with it there is a section of every page of a company's stock quote dedicated to research as well as buy or sell recommendations. These recommendations are typically reserved for  bigger companies with larger market caps. Smaller obscure companies  generally have this section left blank. This has been the case for the last 4 years that I have been monitoring Douglas on there....it has been blank. Until this morning. Most of the recommendations are provided by Thomson Reuters and this am they issued the strongest 'Buy" recommendation possible for Douglas. Now I have now idea what led them to issue this recommendation but i tend to think of Thomson Reuters as a reputable and often accurate firm. So perhaps they know something we don't. I just thought i would share this tidbit of encouraging info....

theres's nothing to read guys. Its just a bar chart with a numerical rating based on the recommendation. As mentioned for most smaller obscure companies this chart is still there however it is left blank as no one has actually done any research on them yet, or probably never heard of them for that matter. For those that do have a rating it is a scale from 1.00 to 5.00 with 1.00 being a strong ...more

Note in this link from Yahoo finance- information is also provided by Thomson's First Call- yet there is no analyst coverage yet. https://finance.yahoo.com/q/ao?s=DLKM.OB+Analyst+Opinion Although, Yahoo information is not always up-to-the-minute in this regard. If I had to guess- Rodman & Renshaw put out coverage for their paying clients. Anyone inclined to call the company can inquire as ...more
