One thing is for sure: someone is blowing out their position, which was obviously pretty significant. The good news is, DLKM seems to be able to supply buyers for the shares, with a floor at or around .30. If you combine what's happening now with the "mysterious" 30,000 at the end of every trading session (which lasted most of summer), we're probably talking a few million shares. ...more

Agree on the "insider" hypothesis.........The question becomes...Why is he dumping his position so close to results? Knows of some bad results coming? Anyones guess really.

More like a decision to reduce one's position over a period of 3-4 months. This has been going on for quite a while IMHO. The trade lots are suspiciously similar, like, what are the chances of identical trades ...more

Folks,Rest assured that no one, but no one, shorts at 35 cents for the following reason. The most you can make is 35 cents. On the other hand, if the co does find something, the stock could go to $10..It is just not worth the risk.......

I concur Tanz. Imo, one of two things has been going on here; 1) Someone with a very large holding is taking some off the table as a hedge against bad results or 2) Someone has a vested interest in pushing the price down to favor someone looking to accumulate. Either seems logical to me. Not shorting. Not insider selling. Neither of those make sense in the face of pending results. T minus ONE ...more
