shrk

Harp Sangha's new deal shrk is trading at 30 cents without any news on a deal and now sp is higher than Dlkm. I give the new ceo credit for having the drilling commence on time but word is that he blew off allot of meetings with potential investors in New York. I heard allot of rah rah cheerleading about the new ceo but we should now have questions if he needs help with business development and creating awareness about Dlkm. For example Canaco had TD creating buzz for them by giving buy recommendations and stock price targets.

You are right gator this is what I heard also. Harp and Greg were the ones that got Rodman and Renshaw to put up most of the money for the drilling. I think that the people in New York are the ones selling. I truely believe if Harp and mainly Greg presented what the drill results were and talked about the potential of the company we would be trading 2 to 3 times higher right now. I think the new ...more

Bacon- use your noodle and ask yourself- what does that tell you? Maybe the Harp-Douglas money is moving from HERE to THERE. Ya think maybe?  No, we don't need Harp back here. But we do need some buying support- or this bleeding will continue unabated.

Took the time to read SHRK's SEC filings. No need to say more.

Stockarchangel. Please provide a synopsis of the "no need to say more" comment about SHRK SEC filings for us that are challenged when it comes to reading lengthy documents..Bacon

SA and all,Read the SEC filings dating back through July. With the exception of the names of the respective parties, they seem very reminiscient of the early days filings for DLKM. Correct me if I am wrong here but it looks like he bought and sold some debt and that's about all. I don't see any property mentioned anywhere...

Thanks AU.So essentially, what I am reading here is investment in this company at this stage is STRICTLY based on ones faith that Harp may do something with the potential capital (if any). Thanks but I like pictures in my books.

I forgot to add a need to read ALL the filings, particularly the share structure, beneficial ownership, and pricing for "debt relief," etc.

Oh the old Artepharm Global deal. That was a disaster. Stock went into the toilet. If you want to learn more about it, this is their website...https://artepharmglobal.com/home/.I would imagine after DLKM dumped Harp, he started up this new deal. .Bacon

Yeah, I read those as well SA. Perhaps it is just my conservative nature, or perhaps that I have been stressed out by speculative investing recently, but shrk doesn't look appealing to me at this point. I, of course, am always willing to learn from those of you with vastly more experience than I. Is there a reason that shrk would/should appeal to my money?
