DANIER LEATHER : THE END OF A PUBLIC COMPANY
February 4, 2016 announcement filing under companies creditors and TSX review of shares delisting means the end of Danier Leather as a public company. If a buyer comes forward, shareholders will get a little something. If not, a liquidation process will be the final collapse. Wondering why the company says it is not bankrupt and must take this step One would think that CEO Wortsman and major shareholder would take the company private. Book value is $7.47. Most likely cash is evaporating quickly.
