What you say about capitalists is true in part only. Since when do bankers, hedge funds, and traders create products? Most capitalists are middle men who contribute nothing.
Small business creates jobs and corporations create jobs but unlike small business large corporations often siphon off enough gravy in tax breaks, moving jobs oversseas etc to offset much of what they contribute.
So the lesson is there is good capitalism and bad capitalism. Just like socialism.
Norway, Sweden, and Canada seem to be doing just fine in what you [not me] would call a "socialist" system.

Truth is any system has to be a bit of both to survive and flourish.
Nothing is black and white. When I run into someone who insists it's all one way, doesn't matter which way, I realize there's no point in attempting have a conversation. They've been evangelized and reason is left in the dust. Hopefully you are not one of those unfortunates.
What matters most is who is in charge and unfortunately in both business and government it's usually the sociopaths. The sheeple, chichen $hits, and wannabees go along for the ride. Which makes the outcome inevitable.
