Not to be callous but if you didn't know that going in you'd not done enough DD. TANSTAAFL. Sorry to hear you are in BCM. Hope you didn't get stung too badly. I can understand your concern but I don't think we here in Dmm have much to worry about. Only time will tell. I'm not going to work myself up about it tho. Dmm will happen one day. No way is Correa going to let a very small group kill mining in Ecuador. Not going to happen. Especially with the Chinese and all their money so heavily involved in so many different projects and loans. If I were losing sleep over it I think I'd just get out and save myself some stress. I mean what's more important mental health or more money? It will take some time but when mining does finally get started I think the communities who once rejected mining are going to look at their neighbors who embraced it and all the benefits it brings and change their minds.
