Looks like buying is kicking in. It will be interesting to see what the terms are but I doubt that Kinross would be willing to sign unless the project was internally competitive for allocation of capital.

I'm still betting that DMM will be clear to sign a preferential deal once the internationals are out of the way. We may have to wait for IMZ but that would be a good sign IMO.
