RE: RE: NO TAKEOVER I think a comparison between Aru and Dmm does not work if one is trying to prove how alike they are. Any real comparison can only highlight how unalke they are.
It was a differernt time in Ecuador and the companies are/were at different stages in their life cycles. Certainly Anderson and Washer are different guys.
I too think who the major shareholders are makes a big difference. I also think that there are probably fewer shareholders here who on average own more stock than was the case with Aru and they would also not sell cheaply.
No doubt it would sell if the price was right but I think the price would have to be very right. Being at the end of the process as opposed to the beginning as Aru was there is no urgency and certainly no benefit to sell Dmm for a lowball price.
So all things considered there is really no similarity between Aru and Dmm except that their properties share the same geographical location.
