RE: RE: INKA KOLA Right I was going to say, "that makes two of us" but it's more like a few thousand of us. Seen Ecuador miss too many "deadlines" to assume they're going to make it this time. However even going strictly by the odds it's got to happen one of these times. Maybe they'll fluke one for a change.
So if they sign it next week we''ll still have to say that judging by their history of incompetence, making one deadline [and we'll give it to them even if it was supposed to be signed Feb. 23] is an anomaly. If they actually pull something like this off twice they may actually begin to look less like bumbling fools.
