RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: DMM - tunn They want to award three contracts. Does that limit them to 3 do you think or were they hoping to get at least 3? Or were there only 3 international companies stupid enough to invest in Ecuador and so need a contract?
Ecuador was talking about international miners. Dmm is an Ecuadorian miner. At no time was Dmm mentioned in any of the releases from the govt re contract negotiations.
As I said earlier Dmm and Ecuador can't negotiate until the mining amendment is either passed or rejected. That process not yet even started means K and Dmm negotiations are not in the same time frame.
Nor IMO will Dmm's negotiations be as difficult if the amendment passes.
Different miners. Different tax structures. Different time frame. No competition.
Nice defintion but it doesn't apply here at all imo.

Nice defeatist attitude. You can in fact do something. You can vote. We can vote against options for example and show our displeasure if we have a mind to.
Dmm will get the point if enough of us do it. We do nothing, nothing changes.
Nuff said for me now too.
Keeping my fingers crossed K gets a reasonable deal.
