I hope you are correct.  IMO Washer is the root of the problem as well.

If Sprott were to make an attempt to oust current Dynasty management I'd be first in line to get behind that.

 

I don't see a hostile takeover. Sprott and Washer own too many. An arranged takeover perhaps.
