RE: RE: SAD FOR TAD

RE: RE: SAD FOR TAD

Agreed re the dilution and I"ve said that on several occasions. That is a plus in management's column for sure. But.......

About your "delivered just enough income to cover expenses" idea. You do realize that situation has been going on for over a year right?

With over a year of production and debugging under their belt Zaruma should be at full capacity. Even processing the low grade decline dirt their gold/silver output should be triple what it is.

So my concern at this point is that if they still can't, after a year of production and debugging, run the plant at full capacity and if they can't install and turn up a concentrator in a reasonable timeframe, who's to say they'll be able to perform when they finally get a contract?

All things considered I'd welcome a bit more dilution in exchange for some clarity from, and confidence in, DMM management.

Faith doesn't cut it.
