As to compensation I think the million + or so Washer gets would be plenty of incentive for the position of CEO of an unproven micro Ecuadorian miner.
I agree about the world class assets, just not with your competent management assessment.
The situation couldn't be more cut and dried.
As a shareholder you either think Dynasty mangement has done a good job or you think they have done a poor job.
Good performance gets bonus options for that good performance.
Poor performance means bonus options are undeserved and should be withheld.
It doesn't get much more simple than that.
