Facts are That for 3 and a half years Dmm management has been trying to make Zaruma pay with no success. They update us infrequently [to say the least] and when they do it's mealy-mouthed gobbeldy-gook that needs a translator.
In my, and many, many other's opinions Dmm management is about as bad at shareholder communications as it gets. Likewise performance.
Do you get a raise for poor performance? Do you get a stock option bonus for poor performance? Do you get either a raise or options for keeping your clients, in fact, owners, ill informed?
No you do not. So why should Dmm be entitled to extra? We have the power to vote the options plan down.Let's send them a message and do it.
Or if you are as unhappy with Dmm management as I am, vote the options plan out and also vote Washer out.
He can be easily replaced.
