I'll add this - the body language, the responses, the speed of the responses... all led me to believe this time it's the real deal. In contrast, the last time I spoke to Nick (2 years ago) at VRIC he knew the company was not even close to hitting production levels of resource grade material. Answers were much more vague, a lot of "I can't really say", evasive answers, struggling to find the right words, etc.
I think us long shareholders have been saying "this will be the year" for a couple of years now. But I think this year is definitely the turn around year for Dynasty. Silver lining? Gold has a lot of potential this year with the global economic situation deterioriting, bad credit all over the place, etc. If gold gains significantly the same year DMM hits its stride and achieves 600+ TPD resource grade (which is close to the 700 TPD target for Zaruma)? This will be the best performing stock on the TSX by a long mile. Of course, those are two big IFs and we've been dissapointed on both fronts before :).
Also, I talked to Nick about the Anon selling and he figures that's just Sprott. I told him about the calculations we did and he said he'd do his own digging. But I wonder if it infact was all Sprott and either I screwed up the math or the Anon net change wasn't accurate. I want to try this again.
From the Alternative Reports on Sedar:
Sprott's position as of March 30, 2015:
6,519,060
Sprott's position as of December 31, 2015:
4,389,060
That means Sprott disposed of 2,130,000 shares between April 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015. Can someone get the Anon net share change for DMM in that exact period? In addition, getting the Anon net share change for DMM from January 1, 2016 to present would be helpful. My <explective> brokerage doesn't give me the ability to do this easily.
