I asked Nick about this, he said nobody from the TSX has ever said anything. He opined that if they started going after penny stocks on the exchange they'd lose a ton of listings right now. Basically, he said he thinks as long as you're willing to pay the fees (which he thought were uh, steep, to put it nicely), they leave you alone. I think it was something like $25k to $30k per year.
