RE:I like Keith

RE:I like KeithI like Keith too; but it's good to see other perspectives of him.  IMO, he didn't want this deal and I've clearly said so.

So I went digging into past operations of Gold Group Mining, where he was CEO and president.

I believe Keith might have been introduced to Ecuador through Gold Groups operations at El Mozo.

https://www.goldgroupmining.com/news/news-releases/2015/goldgroup-acquires-option-to-earn-80-interest-in-el-mozo-gold-project-in-ecuador

I also learned that at one time he had on his BOD : Javier Reyes and Greg Sedun, and Sam Wong as his CFO.

Otto made reference to Caballo Blanco, and a conference call Otto was on with Keith; so I checked the history of that project.   Gold Group sold it to Timmins in 2014 for $30M, and Timmins sold it to Candaneria for much less in 2016.   If that was all to Otto's objections, then Otto is just grandstanding; it's what he does sometime, usually with snark.

I was happy with Core Gold doing whatever it had to do to survive; but not this Titan deal.   I complained to Sam Wong when the deal was announce.   Now, I'm happy to vote the deal down, or just get out.

FWIW, Keith knew who these guys were when he put Core Gold together.  Now, it looks like some kind of family feud, IMO.  Or something I'm not comfortable with however it turns out.
