Superior Offer

Superior OfferSorry to be posting so much, but...

Just did a few minutes of searching and Hunan Gold Corp seems to fit the discription of the Chinese Gold Co that made the offer.  It is the Co that was working on the Rio Blanco project in Ecuador that got suspended.  The local judge took the side of local groups and shut things down. Make no mistake there is lots of local activism in Ecuador and oposition to mining in general at the local level, after years of terrible actions by mining companies.

Anyway, this offer would fit for them. One they want to get something going in Ecuador, and two Core has great government and seemingly local support.

But here's the kicker.  Core BOD3 would of course turn this offer away and try and obstruct in all ways possible, in order to continue with their Titan merger plan.  But you can bet that if the merger happens , they will be back talking to them in a flash.  They probably just told them to hang tough for 6 months.  And then everything will be funded by the Chinese company.
