RE:So the board complains the offer was not confirmed.Keith should be allowed to pursue the offer to its completion, it is clearly better than the Titan offer. Now if it was not better than the Titan offer why did the BOD terminate the go shop period, IT DOES NOT make sense.

I reiterate, Keith must be allowed to follow this offer up unhindered ! And the go shop period reopened !

The BOD work on the behalf of the shareholders and we are the shareholders !
