The Vancouver White Collar Mafia is fully BEHIND this scheme and plan of merger.
It is my deeply considered opinion that they own the regulators and the courts in B.C., and have owned they for almost 50 years going back to late 70's commodity boom. NOTHING has really changed in this time period except they now call it the Venture exchange. It is still the same people doing business with the same MO.
THere is NO logical explanation for this merger deal with Titan. Titan offer nothing, actually less than nothing, as they lose money continuously due to lack of operating profit AND fairly substnatial G&A overhead.
You haveto file a LAWSUIT and get to an Ontario Court and appeals if necessary to Canada Supreme courtand go after the lawyers in Canada who put these deals together, and the investmenr bankers who issue these "fairness opinions" as they aid and abet the Directors and officers to Breach their Fiduciary duties in these public companies.
You have to go for Puntative damages against ALL of them, and do the discovery and hard work, and possibly you have 10's of millions or hundred's of millions at stake in this one!
IF you don't believe me take a quick look at the company history/financials of other companies that have been involved with other FG related people.
