Trading.....The idea of trading is an ancient one. The SILK ROAD was a trade route by which eastern fine speciality products were brought to western regions in exchange for silver or other 'currency'.
The important thing is that trade agreement was made by stipulating exactly what was being offered by both parties of the exchange.
In our case the BOD4 say they made an arrangement that TItan would provide 20 chits of paper for every Core chit of paper.
Additionaly it was agreed that $20m would be raised by Titan plus another $10m later.
It would seem now that the trade is not a trade anymore. Titan is receiving a freebie.
The BOD4 have decided now that something that belongs to shareholders can be just given away with no money being presented.
How bizzare. Hundreds of pages of so called documents stipulating all kinds of stuff and then...
You guys can have it for free....
Now BOD4 you have lost all sanity. You have lost your reason and it seems your marbles too.
And these marbles did not even belong to you.
This is just an insane cleptomania. No attempt is being made to hide behind any language. You are unlocking shareholder value by giving it all away...... what baloney.
