Great deal- PI fairness valuation- False, because Titan stats were false.
Great deal- Premium. There is no guaranteed premium. So don't call it that. And thus the shareprice is LOWER than when deal was annouced.
My recommendation is to not listen to the BOD4 that have boxed themselves into an oxygen depriving corner of a very little room. Time is running out on their tenure at Coregold. As for Titan, can't believe it has not been suspended for misrepresentation by the Stock Exchange.
All you have to read are the posts, of pubicly accessible information that have been posted on this bullboard for the past few months. Then make an informed decision.
