I've never held a junior miner that had 2.6 billion shares outstanding, that wasn't headed for bankruptcy or needed a 'white knight'. I did once have a diamond junior that was trading at about 7 cents with tons of shares outstanding (it was a lotto ticket), when all of a sudden, it found a huge nickel deposit and there was rush on it; I got completely out above 50 cents.
Any junior with 2.6 billion shares outstanding, should not be able to move the market cap $10 million, on 1.2 million shares traded, for a total of $27,600. This is nuts.
And it signifies .... corruption.
