Which vote, which raise?

Which vote, which raise? In Australia, did Titan Minerals Ltd.make the raise of money?  At what price?  By the document, they must say what they did by 03 June Monday.  The voting, the most large shareholders that are free-voting are Vertex Asset Management and Robert Washer.  They are owning the most large free positions of shares.  So they will decide, the two joined together, if Titan Minerals Ltd and what they bring is a good company for Core Gold.  If one votes 'no' and the other 'yes', then probably Titan is not succeeding.  If they both vote 'yes', then they probably make the decision for all of the normal shareholders.  So what is Titan bringing?  Do they bring cash enough or is it spent already?  Is it true they bring bad names for environmental?  Did they tell true things in all documentation?  Will that allow Core Gold to do gold mining still?
