The debt is backed by all Core assets. So a debt foreclosure would mean that Titan could have obtained all the assets.

There is precidence for this and it would seem that at least one of the party may have form on this.

That vertex debt is up in the air now since TSXV rescinded their approval for allowing Core to make changes to the contract terms. As such BOD3 and Titan now have a problem for plan B.

We will continue our efforts with the regulators to not allow the changes.

But the advice of 'Beware of the wounded animal' is still to be heeded.
