You say that Mark Bailey sounded sincere in acting properly this go around. Was there anything in him apologetic or basically calling out Titan for the garbage deal their offering, or acknowledgement of past liabilities in Peru? Or the track record of their board in destroying shareholder value?

I would love to trust him. But after they threw Piggot under the bus. Fool me once...

How do we not know he is just acting impartial? OK maybe regulators slapped him in the Peepee but he has shown his colours.

Titan was not discussed outside of the questions about the Core Gold debt they hold and their part of the current strategic alternatives process. The AGM and discussion was focused on moving forward and no shareholders (to my knowledge anyways) at the AGM brought it up with management or the board members.

How do I know Mark isn't acting? I don't. But body language is more important than words and I didn't get the sense that he was hiding anything based on that. If I read it wrong and something under-handed is happening, well I guess shareholders will have to gear up for another fight. But consider that whatever happens this time around it must be approved by the TSXV and another judge during a fairness hearing... and both of those parties are either already aware or will be made well aware of the last judge's ruling on the first Titan merger attempt. This will be a closely scrutinized process and it will be awfully hard for someone to try to pull a fast one, so to speak.
